TRAINING FACILITY

We have established training school in Delhi and Gurgaon manned by exDefense officers Imparting basic training to the newly recruited guards in addition, we have full fledge training Academy handled by ex – army officers at Delhi to meet the requirements of operations. Our main subject of training includes basic training on security Guests handling, reception and Telephone related duties, industrial security, firefighting and prevention, handling of contingencies and crisis management etc. refresher training of one to two days is also organized for the Experienced security personnel on the job training in build.

Assignment training (OJT)

This is a step towards our company policy of individualizing our services to meet the client’s needs. All guards are given a printed duty manual outlining their daily duties specific to the post, special tasks, procedures to be followed for various emergencies and contact numbers of people to be intimated incase of any emergency.

    We at AVNI, believe in fewer but best managed guards and to achieve this end we try and keep our staff to Guards ratio at par with international standards of 1: 25. Our executives are available to solve any of your queries or complaints on round the clock basis. Our Operations manager and Security officers are equipped with mobile phones to attend to your needs at any time of the day or night. During the first week of the assignment, sufficient numbers of trainers are made available to oversee the functioning of the guards. Performance is reviewed daily and mistakes, if any, are rectified immediately.

    Apart from periodic interaction with the field officer, you will be asked to evaluate our services in the form of a brief questionnaire. A programmed followup procedure to your valuable comments has been is in practice to take any prompt corrective action, if required.
